Returns & Refunds

Because many of our products are produced after an order is placed, returns and refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Refunds or replacements may be issued for:

  • Items that arrive damaged

  • Defective products

  • Incorrect items received

  • Products with a manufacturing issue

Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

  • Photos of the item

  • Description of the issue

Once reviewed, we will determine the best resolution, which may include a replacement or refund if approved.

Size & Product Selection

Customers are responsible for reviewing product details before ordering, including:

  • Size selection

  • Product style

  • Color choices

  • Quantity ordered

Please refer to the product descriptions and sizing information before completing your purchase.

We are unable to provide refunds for incorrect sizes or changes of preference after an order has been processed.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation requests can only be accepted before production or fulfillment begins.

Once an order has entered production, processing, or shipping, it cannot be canceled.
